Excited to start my diy cat tree project! So came here, asked for 3 metre pvc pipe to be divided into 6. But then received 1 pipe that's only 40 cm. When asked why, aunty says there's no 3 metre pipe. Only 2.9 metre ? Paid $40 for it, felt cheated because she should have told me first. Imo, not worth your cash to get pipes here if you're planning a diy project.

Bought kitchen and bathroom items for my parents' in law house. Was pleased with the promptness and quality, so much that I even went back to them for my own house. Was surprised by their technical knowledge and experience. Even bought a bathtub after consultation and was really pleased as it fits my HDB flat! Has been 3 years and things are still excellent. Definitely will recommend this.

Ah Wei and Ah Zheng are very sincere and give honest feedback. When you purchase hardware stuff, the most important factor is not about the shop being slick or glamorous but helping you to understand the technicalities of what works and what don't. To top it off, their contractors are always reliable and gives you confidence when they're doing installation in your house.

Do Not, Do Not patronise this place unless you are familiar with the items you need. Very bad services encountered from the Bosses of this shop. Was very specific that i wanted PVC pipe reducer from 50mm bore to 25mm and a 25mm quick pvc union joint. Boss checked through his catalogue and provide me with a series of pipes, joint and check valve and prepared a bill to charge me. Upon returning home, found that the items acquired were all wrong as they were for 50mm to 32mm fitting! Had to waste precious time and make another trip to their shop for replacement. Lady Boss was very fierce and unapologetic of the mistakes they made. Told me to take my replacement and dont expect any refunds for the differences in pricing for the smaller unit ! Purchaser/ Buyer be aware of their ethic,,,,

I was there yesterday Oct27 2020 to buy some brass pipe end caps. I shared with the staff there on my needs and he came up with some solutions of 2 caps per pipe which we agreed on. I purchased 4 sets and paid the money. I also asked for an exchange in case it does not work when I got home and the staff agreed. When i reached home, i realized he gave me 2 wrong items and i went back today, Oct 28th to change. But they denied they had given me the wrong items and implied i was attempting to cheat them. I assured them that was not the case as I would not drive all the way just to cheat them for 2 pipe end caps. He kept insisting they gave me the right parts and denied any ownership. In the end I paid for the new end caps. Shop staff was rude and not customer friendly at all. I would strongly recommend people not to patronize them. I rather spend my money with other shops which are more customer friendly.

We were surprised when we first visited the shop. The shop is more like a wholesaler rather than a retail shop. Wei is very patient in answering all my queries even though we only commit our purchases after 2 trips. His prices are quite reasonable too and quality of sanitary and kitchen ware is very decent. Worth checking out!

My contractor brought me there, otherwise I would have just acquired my stuff elsewhere. Purchased quite a number of things (toilet bowls, rain shower sets, kitchen sinks etc) from them at very reasonable prices - where i doubt you can find these price tags in normal showrooms. The best thing is, I amended my orders many times yet the boss was very accommodating and patient. Overall nice experience.

I've visited them once, for the first time, upon recommendation from my contractor. After which, given the business card from Ah Wei, I was able to complete my subsequent purchases easily and swiftly through what's app communication and online fund transfers. The feeling i have from them is - just an honest family doing an honest business in a humble shop. Don't expect a tidy display, place is a small area cramped with goods. However, you'd probably be able to find most of the standard hardware items at a better price here. When being contacted for a calculation error in my bill, Ah Wei was quick to complete the refund swiftly through online banking. When I enquired about electric water heaters via WA, having no idea about these, Ah Wei could ask me simple key questions to pinpoint and promptly recommend a suitable water heater, explaining his rationale. When asked about goods delivery, same day is also possible, if there was a driver available and they are not busy. Overall, communication was good - simple, straightforward, understandable, quick. They also coordinated well with my contractor to provide additional assurance that the items purchased can fit into the house. Lots of things can be negotiated, person to person. Unlike the bigger brand names with multiple branches, where prices are marked up, returns had to adhere to company policy, high delivery charges, impersonal staff, etc.
