β β β β β the Hr, especially the 2 "Ds" are rude and disrespectful people. No respect for people because a lot of part timers employed by agencies work there. The rate is low, just $9/hr but the callers are normally rude and like to shout over the phone. A horrible place to work

β β β β β poor and adequate training. unhelpful and arrogant team leaders who also don't know how to train new staff on the job. insufficient toilets, toilets smelly due to high usage and usually run out of paper.

β β β β β Left this workplace months ago and i honestly do not enjoy working here at all.
Training:
Training was really horrible. too many things that have been missed out and was also given WRONG INFORMATION by the trainees.
Working environment:
Really really toxic place. Too many dramas and too many miscommunication. HR and management was rude and unprofessional. Wonβt offer to help sometimes unless itβs emergency. Can see they donβt really take things seriously around here also lol.
Co workers there okay sometimes but my main issue is just the management. They donβt treat their employee with respect. Treat their employees like kids. Itβs a terrible experience.
I would understand the job scope wise is actually tough because thatβs our job. But with this management you can bet everyone will quit sooner or later ??ββοΈ
(Some of ex colleagues even left 3 weeks later because how horrible it is lol)

β β β β β worst working environment i have ever been in. worked at different places before and even banquet but never have i seen such horrible management with toxic behaviours.
if youβre considering to part time here , DONT. no wonder they need to constantly hire people . because no one wants to stay.
they advertise themselves as fun but itβs only fun for the higher ups because they bully their staff . disgusting work place.
high ups/ TMs (team managers) just abusing their power and positions . they are so hypocritical, telling callers not to use their phones/ sleep/ talk to other staff or even gather BUT they do those themselves , of course not sleeping because theyβre too busy TALKING and chattering about what they ate LOUDLY or who they hate at the call floor !!
so watch out . my advise is to stay away from this place . hopefully this helps someone out in choosing a better part time job instead of wasting your time to end up somewhere else .
honestly their pay isnβt worth the abuse and torment they give to staff

- All the Team Managers are too stringent on their employees and treat the employees as primary school kids in such a way that taking unpaid or paid leaves need to provide an evidence before approval.
- Employees are prohibited to use handphones during working hours at the call centers. In other words, employees cannot play games, watching videos, and even reading news on their own mobile devices.
- Employees are also prohibited of using PC to watch videos, playing online games, and other personal stuffs as the PC is mainly use for data entry purpose.
- Employees are also prohibited from communicate with their desk mates during office working hours at the call centers.
- If employees need to report sick on the day itself, it must inform their respective team managers at least two hours before the start of the working hours.
- Training provided during the orientation week was a waste of time as most of the information can be found in the website.
- Team managers were also deceitful in the ways they communicate with the employees.
- Team managers were busily chi-chatting happily with one another during the office working hours at the call centers.
- Itβs also very boring where youβve to wait for the incoming calls from the MOP throughout the working office hours as the call from the public will be randomly routed to the call agents. If youβre lucky enough, you might not receiving a call from the public for the day.
