★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I brought phone from StarHub Bugis outlet staffs quiet friendly and great service, but Today I’ve visited this ferrar park outlet with my friends I’m very much disappointed because one guy not even want see our faces and he don’t even know customers coming in and going out meanwhile the other gentleman busy with his snacks no proper response simply waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pinoy guy serving me was very rude and unprofessional when I tried to enquire about mobile phones. He was very impatient and pushy for me to buy the phone. When I was discussing with my wife if we should sign a contract with Telco so that I could get the phone for free, he commented that over the long run I will be paying more than just buying the phone at retail price and the most ridiculous part was he said that only stupid Singaporean will sign plan with Telco to get the phone for free. So that's how Telestation trained their salesperson to close deals?

20min. To speak with her. Meanwhile several people were leaving. It was a terrible experience and I will never return again. Starhub lost a customer today.

Great sales speech and chill not the pushy type of salesman that understand customer value and product that benefit me, makes me feel comfortable, and make decide to purchase my sound bar and ceiling fan. Explanation was sincere and clear. Highly recommend to look Aries for his great customer service. Looking up for my 3rd time purchasing with him
