★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mackerel fish soup with mee sua (very thin noodles made from wheat flour).
It's my healthy lunch for Monday. The stall's name can be loosely translated as Teochew Fish Porridge Da Pai Dang（潮州鱼粥大排档）. Very popular with the lunch crowd here. A bit too salty but it is certainly one of the healthiest food in NTI Foodcourt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $5.50 for a bowl of fish soup and $0.70 for a bowl of plain rice. The fish slices were fresh. The soup base was sufficiently flavoured. Service was friendly and efficient.
