The penthouse that I visited was big and spacious and commands a great view of the Port area@Tanjong Pagar and the CBD area all the way to Bt Merah.

It's old. Undoubtedly. Some facilities could be improved. Why not. Lifts are big and easily fit house moving. Ramps and direct loading/unloading bays are a plus. Guards greet with a smile. Diligent but mindful to enforce peaceful living within estate. 1,100 psf (maybe less now) for a freehold within bus stops from vivo city and CBD area. Very reasonably priced and location is reasonable for tenants rental or home stay. Yes limited covered parking lots. But ample parking lots overall within the estate. Want everything top notch ? Then bench mark budget with top notch asking price like Ardmore park as well. I believe the current asking price and location of available units are a good balance. Go find other 1100 - 1200 psf properties and compare yourself. But yes. Naysayers can say all they want. Look elsewhere. Leave this gem to us. Dun spoil it with "investor" mentality buy and rent.

Security guard claimed I lied about unit number when he himself misheard and threatened to clamp my car

Large units, but old and everything falling apart. Creeky plumbing, leaky pipes and given its age, most owners have moved out and use them as mere rental income properties. Given the age, few renters want to lease here. What I hate about this place though is the owners rent it out to "sex workers" and "bar girls" who wander around the pool, Elevators and garden area making it unsightly since they r scantily clad making it a seedy place. Complaining doesn't get u anywhere as owners who tent out to them only care about the money. Ok for single men and women but certainly not family friendly. All 3blocks r the same. On the positive side, it's generally breezy and plenty of greenery, which is good these days.

Nice condo with nice facilities (table tennis, tennis court, swimming pool, gym, etc) and Beautiful green lush garden. Also, the security guards are friendly. This condo also accessible with bus stop just in front and MRT station (3 bus stop away from Tiong Bahru and Harbour Front).

I visit the condo because I went to salon Mac Mac salon . First time visit a condo ,visiting was bad service Of the sercuity guards when we pass to the entry . The company should prepare a entry scan & temperature so that we can scan in car ( most condo are doing only this condo not )when we drive in to no scan the security guards ask us to park at the corner and need to come down and walk to the guards room to scan entry n take our temperature and the two security guards were very rude to us , and they can’t even walk over ( this was my first time visit a condo need to do this )and I dun knw and scolding asked us to come to them first time seeing so rude security service and yell at me say you go shopping mall also need scan right ? I do not know what their name of the security guards is a man ( standing write the paper )and a woman ( sitting in the chair ) my visiting time : 16:18 pm date 8/8/2021 the services of the security guards were super rude hope your Managment will look in to it .

if you look for something super fancy and modern. that s not the spot. This condo is very old and well maintain. i really like the garden and swimming pool. some Appartments still have very good layouts with 2 bedrooms and one big living room for 1100 sqft+ a balcony. the appartment is very windy so no need aircon most of the time. If you disregard old bathrooms and kitchen, it is hard to find a better ratio quality/price so close to center. (like 5-10min by bus from Tiong Bahru or Vivocity)

The condo has lots of greenery inside and the ambience is so good. Main swimming pool is really big and nicely maintained and cleaned frequently. There is also a small pool for kids. There is a gym, tennis court, bbq area, outdoor gym and kids play area. Have lots of parking space. The condo is gated and has 24 hrs security guards. Overall an amazing place to live.
