The technicians were really professional and I appreciate their patience in answering all of my queries throughout the inspection process. No sign of bedbugs in my bedroom anymore. Thank you so much!! Highly recommended ☺️☺️

Decided to give Termilab a try because I had a bedbug infestation in my HDB flat. Primarily chose them because they were NEA certified and prices were affordable (about 120 for initial treatment and 60 for subsequent treatments after). I had Rifhan come to assess my unit, overall courteous and kind in his demeanour, but aside from a few bedbug spots at the back of the bedframe, could not find evidence of an 'active infestation', he decided to treat the room, but unfortunately, the bites and the bug sightings recurred after about 2 weeks. He decided to do a second inspection - now of the room, the living room, and our study, but once again could not find any live bedbugs except for some spots - and proceeded to treat the room a second time. After completing the second treatment, we had pretty much radio silence from Termilab despite having recurrent sightings and bites, which was disappointing. As of 5 months from our initial engagement of Termilab, we are $180 out of pocket but our bedbug situation has not been ameliorated. They might do a better job for severe infections I reckon.
