Best betta I’ve seen in a shop and reasonable prices , rlly love those black samurai and the biggest giant! Will definitely come back and buy it

Have been patronizing That Aquarium for quite a while, including their Yishun outlet. Their service standards has always been great, with a good variety of products regardless of the outlet you visit. Props up to the healthy conditions they keep their fishes in too. Appreciate the good service they've provided as well as the quick response in FB to my queries!

A huge variety and brightly lit area and presentation for the viewing of betta. Excellent customer service provided by their staff. Thanks Kevin for the tips for on betta and he is always patient and helpful. I will always find myself coming back again.

Stocked with a rich variety of fish. The young girl who works there was really patient and helpful, taking time to help analyse why my tank was cloudy and giving advice. Didn’t try to upsell and get me to change my setup but rather advised me that my setup should be sufficient but just needs some tweaking

Great experience shopping at That Aquarium @ Clementi. Stuff were friendly and knowledgeable in helping with setting up of my fiscus tank and recommended all necessary equipment needed for setting up and cycling of my tank. Discus there were also quarantined before putting up for sales and qualities of the fishes were excellent too. Shop assistant also recommended to join his telegram group where all aquarist can be together and share their aquarium tank or give advises and solutions to any aquarium problems .

I was there this afternoon, first time visiting this aquarium shop. Young guy/boyish sounding dressed in black t shirt was very ill mannered, rude and arrogant. I wanted to buy some fish and politely asked where i can scoop the water from and he raised his voice and said, "THERE FROM THE TANK!". Obviously i know it is from the tank but other good aquarium shops i frequent often tell customers to scoop water from a seperate tank and are careful not to affect the quality of their livestock & also they will tell customers off if they were to scoop water from the same tank as the livestock they are choosing! Normal practise in most shops. Secondly, i asked if i could help myself to choosing the plants as some places do not allow customers to dip their hands in and self pick in case it will contaminate the water. This young fellow again raised his voice and said, "THERE THE PLASTIC BAG". And so i gladly helped myself to picking my own plants using the plastic bags hanging. Hahahaha! I definitely will not be patronising this shop again. Plenty of better ones around with much more knowledgeable and helpful staff. Please have respect for your customers and don't assume everyone is stupid. Sometimes, people are just being polite and better to have considerate customers rather than rude customers who treat you like dirt right?

Pleasant experience shopping at That Aquarium @ Clementi once again! The store was overall really clean, well-organised and had a good walking space (given that most of such stores were usually really cramped inside making it hard to navigate around). In addition, I noticed that there were additional fans being installed around the store, which made the environment there really cooling and nice. The tanks were generally clean and the fishes too were in a healthy condition. I was particularly impressed on how they also put up signs of "quarantine" for their livestocks to ensure only healthy livestocks are being sold. They also had a great range of variety in terms of livestock too! The staff there was really friendly and well equipped with knowledge. I appreciate how they were also patient in answering to my queries. 11/10 experience and I will definitely find myself patronising again!

1 of the best experience I have, the staffer there know their stuff very well and confirm won't up sell u expensive product which u might not need. especially to the Malaysian accent man who guided me what to buy to setup my new betta fish tank. really very well equipped shop with fishes snail and water plants. Got the tank, gravel, betra fish, water pump and plants highly recommended to get their free membership for abit discount on selected items only. overall a very pleasant visit, would like to go back again but its really far from northeast, just happened to drop by 3 weeks ago at the vicinity
