The bosses I reported to provided guidance and feedback which allowed me to grow within the company. Would recommend this to anyone whom is willing to learn and grow within the organisation as opportunities are provided based on individual's potential and recognizes talents through good bonus and increment payouts.

Work Man power company, they always only need money. Mostly they plan to cut off your salary. Better not to join this organization. When you join to this man power, at the first day they ask to give them a better google review...

It was a fun and great experience working in Thatz as an intern for software testing. I've learnt many things during my time here, and everyone is friendly and helpful.

I have no issues working with Thatz as my HR enquiry have always been answered on time and would like to commend also on the way they handled us (Letting us be independent without getting too much involved in how we should work). The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, we were allowed to stay home and we able to resume our job once situation gets better. It was a great pleasure working in Thatz as a Software Engineer Intern. Not only did they believe in me, but they were always supportive in my growth. Our BSC team was highly encouraging and helpful in their guidance to help me grow in this field.

During my time as a Pilot Tester in Thatz, I do not have any issues working with the team . Enquiries have always been responded promptly and on time. Another thing that is commendable is that the team do not micromanage us and allowed us to work independently as long as work is being done. Thank you Thatz International!

Warning to FRESH GRADUATES and others especially immigrants. Not recommended unless desperate. Worst place to work ! ! ! All the 5 star review you have seen here are mostly getting pressured by the Manager to give 5 star on google review otherwise their job will not be secured or their contract will not be renewed due to "performance issue". If you are new here or have never heard of Glassdoor website, it is actually for employees to give their honest review of the company and employers cannot change it. Sometimes the company forces the employees to give 5 star like this on glassdoor to drown out the bad reviews, so just do your research. Go ahead and search this company on Glassdoor and see the review, you will be amazed by the differences you gonna see here and there. Pros -Gain work experience just so you can find another company to prove that you have work experience. Cons -Most of the seniors quitted. -Empty promises and actions from the Manager called "Christian". -Profound mental health negativity in working environment. -Not much sense of accomplishment or achievement in anyway. -No future career advancement unless you are able to switch to the client's company. -Management expects you to have your personal life cut off when it's suitable to them. -Management ignores complaint or doesn't give a diss despite worker can provide overwhelming evidence. My advise to first/soon-to-be job seekers is : If you need money or job experiences, i would prefer you to take dishwasher job or others rather than this abusing job environment and management. At least their pantry taste nicer than this company's shenanigan's.
