β β β β β Am always greeted by smiling faces whenever I enter the doors of AOL center. I did my Happiness course here where I learnt breath-based tools to relax myself and meditate. The teachers were very understanding and smiling. Also, I found a group of like-minded people to connect with, who want to be happy, maximize their human potential and serve the people around them.
It is an amazing place to relax. Regular yoga, meditation and satsangs (musical gathering) keeps on happening at the place. You can always go to this place and get your smile and happiness back :) This is the place where I always find my one-world family.

β β β β β I started my journey with Art of Living Foundation with the Happiness Program under Shailesh and Anupama. Both are super engaging teachers and inspiring individuals and I have stayed in touch with them ever since. I have found all the Art of Living programs (the Happiness Program and the subsequent advanced programs I did) to be very beautifully designed and have added a new and previously unexplored dimension to my life. The Sudarshan Kriya practice taught during the Happiness Program works like magic in improving the quality of your life and I will gladly recommend it to every human being on earth.

β β β β β Sudarshan kriya is the most beautiful breathing technique they teach you in the Happiness program and help you sustain that feeling of calmness in your daily home-practice sessions.
The teachers conduct regular sessions ( Yoga, meditation, yogic wisdom & follow ups ) who have a warm presence that help you relieve from the daily stress & rigors. It is an experiential program , through their guided techniques one understands the subtle differences in energy levels & improved impact in everyday being.
Highly recommended for folks who are into energy , active & stress/ anxiety management or prone to health issues.

β β β β β The Art of Living had been a Integral part of my Life for last 8 Years. The Sri Sri Yoga course taught at the center and had been my Favorite, here I learned the different postures of yoga and also how each posture helps to maintain and energize the body. For someone who had been skeptical of Yoga and only believed in Hard work out of Gym, Exercise it have been complete turnaround and practicing Sri Sri Yoga daily had become a part of my daily routine cycle. The Sri Sri Yoga practice had made my body and mind from being Lethargic and distracted to be more Energetic, Focus and Calm in my day to day Life and top of that I had not added any Kilos of weight for missing the other workouts in the day. Shailesh my Facilitator for the course had ensured we learnt the correct Asanas and posture and continued to guide for a long time with regular follow ups.

If there is only one thing you can do to improve your bodily, emotional and spiritual health, I would recommend this program wholeheartedly.

The teachers, Neela and Nishi, were very patient and clear in their explanations, including the breathing exercises and meditation they took us through.
This is the start of a personal journey to seek inner peace and happiness, one certainly worth embarking on!

β β β β β In early 2019, I experienced a life changing event, with the sudden loss of my beloved husband of 22yrs. It felt like my entire soul was ripped away from me.
I was then introduced to the Happiness Program with the Art of Living. I eventually joined the course in September of that year. Since then, I have been practising the breathing technique I learnt along with the knowledge provided. With that and consistent practice, I have achieved benefits such as centred emotions, clarity of mind and most of all, inner peace.
I also believe that it had and continues to play a part in my glistening health records.
I have regained the meaning of and the will to "live" and to be "happy".
