★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here and loving it. Nice landscaping, functional gym and great pool. Residents are friendly, educated and not nosy, typical of the nicer type of boutique private development. Location is pretty good, very close to a number of bus stops, and 10min walk to Eunos MRT and market/ groceries etc. Best thing is it’s within walking distance of the hip East Coast stretch of cafes, eateries, boutique gyms etc yet not affected directly by the crowds. When I drive it’s 15min straight into the CBD or Jewel either way.
