My eyes are not even and she took time to ensure that she uses different curl settings so that my lashes will look even! She also followed up with me a few weeks after the service to check if I was pleased with the results. Keep up the good work!

She was very understanding towards my concerns/worries since it was my first-ever laser removal treatment and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I'm at ease during the treatment! Pleasant interaction with the customer-oriented Tiffany and her staff too.

I was attended to by both Clare & Tiffany, and both were extremely professional - they explained to me what to expect, how the outcome would be like for the first embroidery, and the follow up care required. They also checked on me regularly after the sessions were done (I did 3 sessions total) to ensure that the embroidery was healing as intended. The clinic was very clean and comfortable. Clare did a fantastic job ensuring that I felt minimal discomfort. I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait to find out how the final embroidery stage will look like :) would recommend this place to others!

Process is comfortable. Downtime and what to expect were all stated clearly in their little instruction card. Brows healed well if you follow their aftercare instructions. Location of salon is very easy to locate and convenient for me. I am very happy with the results of my brows (I have completed the top-up session). That I have gone on to do hairline service too. Glad to have come here after doing my homework on the different places to decide which place to visit.

She makes the right recommendation after hearing about what outcome I would like to have. Her techniques are precise and gentle so I felt at ease and assured. The results are really nice and I am happy! I am conservative so I started with a lighter shade then went back 3 months later for a touch up...Will go back again in a couple of months to extend the "tail" of the eyeliner.

She advised me to have Misty Eyebrow as I'm someone only leave home with sunblock, loose powder and touch up my eyebrow. Get the right shape & colour of eyebrow suit your personality is very important. I really love the Misty Eyebrow done by Tiffany, so natural & suit me well. Thanks for the excellent service ?

I felt that they are very reasonably priced but provided very good and attentive service. Treatment was mild but effective with almost no downtime. Most importantly, after 2 sessions, the previous embroidery was hardly visible. I believe with another round or so, I would be able to totally remove the embroidery. Glad that I went to them!

But I am so glad that I have engaged Tiffany to fix my very faint eyebrows. I chose to do micro-blading embroidery and boy, Tiffany is very professional and skillful! Not forgetting to mention, her boutique is very clean and neat so rest assured that the cleanliness is highly assured here. Love how my new eyebrows look like now :) highly recommend this great place to anyone who has sensitive skin.
