★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying on rent in this condo. this is pathetic condo because of following reasons.
1. construction of building is built in a such a way that there will not be ventilation or air in your flat. outside can be so much of breeze but condo will feel like dessert.
2. private toilet attached does have smallest vent and no window. so after bath , bathroom stays wet for so long.
3. there are not good places for lunch nearby. at least 7 min walk is needed to reach nearby bus stop.
