The manager Ferdinard is very rude and hostile. He spoke to us in a very harsh tone. Wanted to complain via feedback form but according to the manager they don’t have any more ? We felt attacked by the manager. Very annoyed by him. A couple was taking up a 4-seat table and he didn’t ask them to give up their seats. ?????

Finally got oat milk latte! Wish they had more vegan options in the food section though. Quite disappointing that they have nothing for vegans. And the upcharge on dairy substitutes has got to stop!

A place that I never been before neither hear before but It just happens to know them due to a special ones.Not to say it's an awesome but it's definitely a few places that I found that is relaxing and friendly at all times I am there. Still in my mind the thoughtful and amazing experience during my visit at Guthrie House Coffee Bean with my fav Hot Chocolate that always warm my heart during a cold air-conditioned around. I am there to just hang out alone me time with a cup of hot choco but this small gesture just make me feels that I am gonna get the drinks and the cute little pooh Cold Cup. I am getting it with $19.90 and enjoyed the Mocha ice blended in small and it just made my day with the sweet words by the person who served me with the best friendly smile even with his masks on. It's the service makes my day.Hence, the drinks and the cup I am getting is my appreciation for his best level service that made my day. Not the awesome but it's a place that warmth my heart with best ones with best service level.

Great hangout spot, especially for people in the area. Quiet enough to work out of, and convenient enough to access. Whether train, bus, or cab, even parking is convenient. Prices are what it is. Don't expect cafe level vibes though, but more Starbucks level service and ambience. Can head off to Cold Storage after for some groceries if you're in need of any.

Was there at 830am and the staff told us no air condition before 9am. It’s ok , may be save energy. But a bit stuffy inside. The male Barista “casually” brewed coffee for us and I ordered a flat white, the milk dripped over the side of the cup when it was poured into the coffee base. He didn’t bother to wipe it and doesn’t look happy in doing his job ? Not worth to pay the price of over$7 for a coffee there.

cozy and great place. one of the not so crowded coffee beans here in sg. conveniently located near cold storage too. customer service is really good and the iced lattes and coffee are perfectly made. nice place to chill/study at, very quiet too. there was this once, i had breakfast here and the lady brought my breakfast to me and she accidentally dropped one of my bread. she gave me 4 slices of bread in return, it kind of made my day and i love bread too ^^

Friendly staff. Nice hot & cold drinks that are made to perfection. Lattes were creamy and coffee was smooth. Served rather promptly. The service was friendly and nice. Don’t mind going back to just chill and snack when I’m in the area.

Located just at main entrance of the building and near sixth ave mrt. Coffee is really good, better than Starbucks but pricy at $7 per cup. Favourites are latte, hazelnut latte and oat milk latte. They are having a great 1 for 1 offer for breakfast at $10.90 that comes with 2 sets of coffee, hash browns and sandwich. Place is nice to chill and to catch up with friends without being too crowded most of the time.
