★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered grab pick up order and my order was 15 min late. Was standing there waiting and observed that staff left drinks uncapped/unsealed on the counter for a good 10min when working around the counter. Very unhygeinic…
Staff there during the time i visited were very impolite when asking me to wait. Could tell that staff were making the orders slowly with 6-7 drivers and customers waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and patient staffs. Chicken and mushroom fusili tastes good with some chili flakes. Hazelnut latte slightly better than Starbucks ...oops.
Nice ambient, and especially 24hrs. Need more of such places in HG!
Visited again recently, latte tasteless, pizza not fully cooked, looks more like naan with toppings.
You guys need to train your staff and QC properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered grab food delivery for self pick up. Grab food stated that my order was ready but when I checked with the staff it wasn’t ready. I had to stand there for 30min waiting for 1 simple drink while manager was taking her own sweet time slowly teaching the new part timer how to make the different drinks at CBTL. Peak period clownery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice and cozy place as usual. We enjoyed the food for a quiet holiday morning.
Please improve on the following: 1. The utensils are not available as washing is not in time due to morning crowds. 2. The staff cleared the tables but didn’t clean the tables.
Otherwise, this is a pleasant place for your relaxing meal.

I been to a few around Singapore for their Value Set breakfast and all the outlet that I Visited able to change my coffee to just a black coffee without any extra charges. If this is a company policy then I understand but the way she put across feels like I’m violating their policy which I don’t feel happy about. Hope Coffeebean provide a front-liner customer service training.
