★ ★ ★ ★ ★ superb location...i think out of watergardens and commodore, the latter is better as it offers a shortcut way to walk to sembawang shopping centre through one of the side gates. The distance to mrt is also shorter.
lesser units means it is not that crowded in the pools and facilities.
