Lovely people. The showroom is so welcoming.

Engaged Cottage Crafts for our renovation. It went through pretty well with good carpentry works and smooth implementation, except the painting was below average. Problem surfaced when the varnish of our wooden deck in the baloconies started peeling off in less than 2years. It became a big issue as the tiny bits and pieces of the varnish fragments stuck to our feet and dirtied our living room and bedrooms whenever we accessed the balconies. Tried contacting Cottage Crafts to fix the problem. After hearing the problem, Romie avoided our calls, did not return call when we left messages. After 2-3 months of following up, a few thousands dollars quotation was presented just to re-sand our balconies flooring! A ridiculously exorbitant rate to charge for such small area, in addition, to fix a lousy job done by their own company! Outraged, I contacted another recommended contractor and had the problem resolved in 2 weeks and paid 25% of what Cottage Crafts has quoted me earlier. Mind you, the pre sales service may be great. But there is NO after sales service! Would not recommend.
