Good range of products but very bad customer service. Bought their jeans 4 days ago and was told that I could exchange it if the size is wrong but now they refuse my exchange because it’s not “orignal condition”. I haven't washed the jeans and only wore it once and the salesperson kept saying it’s my fault it’s not “original condition” and there is nothing he can do. What's worse is that he didn't even want to hear what I had to say and kept cutting me off saying “if you wear already and no tag it’a not original condition”. So if I don't wear it how do I know if it fits me or not? When their own salesperson cut the tag off for me right after I purchase, he did not mention that cutting the tag would forfeit the exchange. If he did, I wouldn't cut it until I was sure. He told me I still had time to decide since there’s the exchange policy. This is not a scam, but it sure feels like very poor after sales service. I'd recommend going to this place to try your sizes there then buying online.

Bought a pair of jeans from them, after trying on almost 10 pairs, maybe more... The lady that helped me was patient and knowledgable.

Made my first foray into The Denim Store and came out exuberant with fabulous jeans in hand. TDS has wonderful products and amazing people who know their stuff inside out. T and L were patient and insightful on selecting jeans that suit me to the tee; sharing tidbits on how the jeans were crafted along with useful styling and care tips. TDS is definitely a to-go place for quality jeans! Will definitely be back for more.
