Don’t ever visit, I had natural thick eyebrows and the lady there made it UNEVEN, one longer one thicker. And it’s tooo overplucked for me to do anything but wait now. This service is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I’m so mad she didn’t even let me see properly before she “touched up” using makeup I only realised how ridiculous it looked once I reach home & washed off. Will never step into this store again

Fanny attended to my eyebrow. After consultation, decided to upgrade to nano blading as it would suit me better. Fanny was very professional in explaining the eyebrow that I want and the eyebrow that would actually suited my face. She also kept checking with me whether I felt any pain throughout the session. Nope, it was not painful at all. Good job!

It was surprisingly less painful than my previous experiences at other brow studios. Jesse definitely knows her way around fixing uneven brows. Finished off the session with super neat and clean brows! Do drop by and give them a shot if you’re looking for affordable and less painful threading.

Good, quick experience for eyebrow threading. The person who did my brows was very knowledgeable and worked very quickly. Unfortunately, she did not speak english at all so communication was quite difficult and very minimal. No complaints though, great job overall!

It was really a very good experience in The EyeBrow City. ?????????? I had a failed eyebrow experience before . When I traveled abroad with my girlfriend many years ago, it turned out to be an eyebrow embroidery trip. I was not interested in do my eyebrow embroidery. I was persuaded by my friends when I saw that the eyebrows made by my friends were very good-looking, and I went to the beauty bed to do the first nightmare eyebrow embroidery. When the eyebrow embroidery was completed, I looked in the mirror, I immediately cried, Why am I looks so ugly. Since then, I have been afraid of embroidered eyebrows, and I have no self-confidence to face the strange eyes of others. But I met Fanny at the restaurant accidental opportunity. We are haven’t seen each other since about 30 years ,She is my primary school classmate. I listened to the eyebrow consultation from her explanation and analyzed my bones and muscles by fanny professional advice . I am willing to trust Fanny again and let her fix my eyebrows for me to adjust. Because my brows are high and low and incongruous. During the process of embroidering eyebrows, I did not feel any discomfort. She has a very professional service attitude. I think she is a professional who has a lot of experience in eyebrow research. I am very honored to get beautiful eyebrows. Thanks you Fanny. I really recommend to everyone. This place is life changing! Fanny and Elle are amazing and true "Masters" of their craft. They take a real duty of care in their work and have a really friendly, professional approach. You have immediate trust and faith in the fact that you are in 'good hands' and can simply relax and let them immediately transform your look for you. Cant recommend them enough!! Loved my experience here! It’s my first time doing eyebrow embroidery, Elayne and Jesse were so attentive and made sure the experience was painless. Will definitely be back!

Joey and Elle helped my friend and eye thread our eyebrows. Elle was very caring towards my friend as it’s her first time and Joey provided excellent threading services, using a pencil to dictate where she would thread and why, before she started. When I asked if she could trim the front of my brows, she gave very good reasoning as to why not (my brows are too short and would result in very spaced out brows). She also helped me to put aloe vera gel on my upper lip after she saw my looking at it. Very professional! And on top of all that, no hard selling!! Perfect service, excellent clean and spacious store. Will definitely come again. $15 for threading and $8 for upper lip
