The Face Place

First visit for The Purifying Facial was pleasant and would definitely revisit again! Cosy place and nice ambience. Was attended by Sandy and Kieko (not sure if I get the names right) and they did an amazing job! The massage was very relaxing and they make customers feel like it’s not just a facial but a spa treatment. They were very gentle to my face and my face felt really clean after the facial. Recommend this place :)

Small, clean and cozy place with an awesome view of Clarke Quay. Tried the Vit C facial. therapist Keiko was gentle and skillful. Very comfortable and relaxing experience, I fell asleep. Would be great if the therapist could share what she is going to do next so the customer knows what to expect, and share about the products :) Sandy, the other therapist, makes you feel at home. No hardselling at all. Glad to find this hidden gem. Bought credits to try their other facials too

Lovely place, very nicely people, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Felt like home. The facial treatment was really professional and my skin feels and looks so much better. It was my first time but will definitely come back soon. Would absolutely recommend this hidden gem for everyone that doesn't like big commercial spa's.

The Face Place is a hidden gem and oasis of calm. Their facial treatments are excellent, I especially love the face massages and how all the products used smell heavenly and are organic. The facilities are always spotlessly clean and service is great, none of that dreaded hard selling. Definitely recommended!

Went for the ritual spa facial with Sandy using the first trial promo. I really enjoyed the face massage, shoulder and hand massage. Was really amazed that my dark eye circles lightened after the session and one week on, my face looks much brighter. Very clean nice and cosy environment too. Sandy did a really great job and I will be back again. Best of all, absolutely no hard selling and didn’t even bring up signing package. Truly a spa that cares about customer experience more than selling packages. Highly recommend.

Just did the purifying facial treatment and must say that the therapist was very detailed and skillful! Totally service oriented and zero hardsell at all. Must really appreciate and support businesses like this :)

Second time having the bespoke facial treatment in this cosy and homey environment. All their products smell so good. Love that the treatment comes with face, neck and shoulder massage too. Was attended by Sandy for both sessions, who is friendly and attentive. Zero hardselling at all. Feeling good after the session. Will be back :)

First visit here upon recommendation from a friend. Enjoyed every second of my experience! I opted for their Cryo facial as I have sensitive skin that's prone to redness. This place doesn't feel like your typical facial place, rather feels like you're in someone's cosy home. Love the loft concept. Though, because of this the "rooms" are not soundproof. I didn't find this a biggie as they only service 2 or 3 people at one go. I loved that the therapist explained the steps to me prior to the treatment, made me excited to start the experience! During the facial itself, it was pure bliss. Their technique is very good and effectively massaged the right points on my face that is much needed to loosen the muscles and firm my overall face shape! Finally I also love the attention to detail during my facial. The therapist even helped shave my upper lip, meticulously put on my lip treatment, and sprayed the mask netting with a peppermint (I think) scent before applying. I left the place with such an amazing smell on my face. Can't wait to come back for my next facial!!
