I was initially impressed with Finishing Line. about 2 years ago, we paid over $22K for blinds on our balcony. the quality looked good. however the issue I have which i think customers should be aware of is that in the long term, if there are any issues, their labour charges are also SUPER HIGH. Recently, one of the blinds went off the zip track. while the materials were UNDER WARRANTY, the labour was not. and when they came to repair, it took them only 10 MINUTES to put the zip track back, and only a ladder ( no scaffolding or anything). They arrived at 10am and were done at 10:10am.. GUESS WHAT? for this 10 MINUTES of time they tried to charge me $350+ GST.. ? $350 for 10 minutes of repair on an item that was still under warranty? I tried to negotiate down and they reluctantly brought the charges down to $171.2 for 10 MINUTES of repair. And this was only after I really explained that 350 isnt fair for 10 minutes job.. So please be careful with their warranty. if in future there is something wrong, be careful with their charges because in the end, not only do you pay HIGH premium the start, but anytime there is a need for repair they charge a BOMB for even the simplest things!! your TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP added over time will be super high. and the thing is, once you buy from them sometimes you have no choice but to get them to service it, and you are forced to pay the EXORBITANT labour fees (since you worry that they might be the only ones who know how to fix their system). daylight robbery IMO.

Very happy with the ease of selecting and customising my blinds with The Finishing Line. They were able to fulfil what I wanted my blinds to look like. Great service and really good quality of blinds.

Our designer, Jeffrey Ho from Basement Design ( now changed name to Comma), used this company to put all curtains and blinds in my condo, and it cost about $14,000. The material used were so bad that the rods bent, curtains couldn’t pull properly to close (manually), the motor charged us at $790 but we discovered they were old models which should be much cheaper etc. we were so frustrated that we took down all the items and re-do by a shop from Plaza Singapura, which friends told us they are not cheap. But the material used were of good quality and curtains came with pulley unlike the furnishing line. Guess how much to replace all these? Only $7,000 vs $14,000 from the furnishing line!

The Finishing Line provided great support in helping me decide on the aesthetic I wanted to pull off within my home. I decided to get my entire house to be fully furnished with them. When I went down to their showroom, they had such a wide variety that i didnt know possible. This was perfect to keep each room and living room to have their own look that we all enjoy at home.

Got Finishing Line to install Timbercast blind in my place. They have good quality materials, a wide selection of colours and textures. Samuel was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to build a prototype to test out the brackets for an odd shape corner before committing to the job. The installation crew were very professional and amazingly patient to wait for my neighbour to finish his zoom calls. Highly recommended.
