Extremely pleasant owners, just bought a betta and a few supplies from them. Johnson, the boss, is very passionate about fishes and the owners are very happy to share their knowledge about keeping fishies. They are also very helpful in giving great advice to those who are new to and beginners in fishkeeping, walking through every step necessary to set up the tank properly and keep the fishies healthy and happy, as well as sharing many useful tips. Furthermore, they were also very patient and put absolutely no buying pressure on us, even though my friend and I were there for close to 2 hours deciding whether to get a fish and playing with the fishes HAHA, when it was just us and them for most of that duration. They also recommended the best products that they think are best suited for our needs, also ones that they use themselves, and did not try to upsell us on anything that they feel we do not need. They are also very prompt in responding to questions I ask them via their contact number, about fishkeeping and their products, giving me quality and detailed answers to every query I have. The store interior is also very clean, featuring a pleasant and clean look. The tanks are also kept clean and the fishes look healthy and happy. The store and tanks are also very well lit, making choosing fish and supplies much easier. They also have a good selection of fish and especially bettas to choose from, also sharing where each betta comes from. Johnson even keeps some of his own betta, which are not for sale, in the store, 4 to be exact! They also have a good selection of relevant supplies. Although admittedly I’m not yet an expert on fishkeeping, I would say and imagine that their prices are very reasonable, with me spending around 50 dollars getting EVERYTHING I need for a betta set-up, from a brand new ACRYLIC tank, a beautiful white betta, a wet spoon-cum-flare stick, and some great quality food and water conditioner that will last me for MONTHS, and don’t forget the top-tier customer service one receives before, during and after one makes a purchase! All in all, the amazing owners made getting a new pet fish as a beginner to fishkeeping, which is typically a rather stressful process, into a fun one. They are simply so kind, helpful and reassuring. It was indeed a 100/10 experience and I would highly and strongly recommend everyone pay them a visit! Thank you so very much guys!
