They overcharged us for a drink though and brought us fries we didn't ask for which they charged us for. It was too cold in the restaurant as well.
Overall it was an okay experience. In glad we went, but I won't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrating an occasion, we went for the Omakaze menu (Gourmet - $180 per head). The food was average: risotto's rice was uncooked, the vegetables with the meet very hard on the tooth, the langoustine tasteless...
The service was amiable, everyone very pleasant, but the first dishes were not introduced to us, and the waiters bringing the plates and cutlery to the table were very novice, had no idea what they were doing (cutlery cold and damp, not knowing what was in the plate, clumsy...)
For a menu priced that high, you would expect everything to be perfect, from food to service, not just pay for the view (which is gorgeous, btw).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fullerton Pavilion is a unique glass structure. Restaurant below and a timber decking on the roof. At evening and nights, the roof deck serves as part of the restaurant for night dining. But in the early morning, its nice to go up on this deck to have a nice sunrise view towards the Marina Bay Sands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very uptown and cozy place. Was here for a wedding. Breathtaking scenery of the Singapore dream on the side and the braised beef short ribs is a perfect combination. Separable streaks of meat that melts in ur mouth is truly one of the best I had
