The Glyndebourne - 38 Trevose Cres

stopped here for a couple of days en route to japan. the hotel was lovely and offered great value. good rooms, breakfast , swimming pool and gym. I needed to book another room for a night on the return journey and it was nearly double the price asking at the hotel, so booked using a hotels website. really enjoyed the place and raffles is over the road if you want a pretentious Singapore sling to keep telling everyone about . interesting place and an of mix of wealth and poverty, I wouldn't make too much effort to to visit singapore again.

If you stay this condo it is very hard to get delivery rider to delivered our food. Most of them rejected and we need to pay extra charge. This due the management in the condo does not allow any delivery to enter. Most of the rider reject our order due they feel insecure to park their motor outside as it against the LTA law parking illegally. The condo management had to do something about this matter. I only rental for 3mths and finally move out. Thank to the tenant was kind but not advisable stay for those lazy to cook.

Nice condo building, nice facilities

I really enjoy living here. The gate attendants, the office staff, the grounds keepers are all working constantly to make sure things are taken care of so we can go on with our lives. I really appreciate them, their work, and especially their kind smiles. When you or your spouse works a tough 80+ hour week, knowing you are able to come home where things are kept clean, repaired, and so forth, it is really a good feeling. Is it perfect here? Of course not, but it is very close! Love the resort style pool area with comfy furniture for relaxing, fountains and clear water. The play area for kiddies is really good, plus there is a splash play area for them as well. The Glyndebourne also has a tennis court surrounded by walls of greenery. There is a BBQ area and function room you can reserve if you want to have guests or a party. As for daily life.... In our unit we can sometimes hear the footsteps of people above us, or the scooting of furniture. We can hear kids or babies crying from down below every now and then, or perhaps there is a dog barking. On certain mornings or afternoons I can hear delicate piano notes wafting through the air as someone across the way is practicing their songs. This is so lovely! Other days the scent of someone's wonderful dinner may flow through the air. Living here is like being in a tropical oasis, with your own space to savor and yet the interesting bits of knowing others are living their lives around you. This is the joyous rhythm of life and is to be expected and accepted. A lifestyle can be well crafted here at The Glyndebourne.

Why are the worst reviews coming from people who don't live here? Plain ridiculous. Review your own condo if you have nothing better in life
