★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot has been said about working in s shared office environment. I shall not bore you will repeating the argument of others. Instead, I will list my 3 favorite likes in working at The Great Room
1)Awesome Centre service team who is attentive to our needs and makes the effort to learn our names by heart
2)Great Monday morning breakfast catered for us to chase away the Monday blues
3)When in need of a quiet space and some added privacy, plenty of rooms to choose from, with varying sizes and configurations.
No review is complete without the dislikes, so here goes:
1)Central air-conditioning does not always provide the appropriate temperature
2)Elevators are very crowded during peak hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an excellent environment to work. Perfect scenery. Service staff are professional and friendly.
However the termination process service could have a better standard to uphold. The finance side are rather slow in their work process and make simple glaring errors without checking themselves first and require the client to constantly check back with them for updates on termination contract.
At the end of the day, clients are paying for an expected service standard from the start
to the end of the service contract
