Do recommend! The service is very good, extra nice than I though. The sale man whose name Mak is very informative, helpful and professional! We purchased one bed, a wardrobe and mattress there, quality is great, the design came exactly as we ordered. Delivery service also cool. Value for money! Even my parents in laws also happy for us. Thank you The Green furniture!

Was there to look for furniture but the salesman was rude and kept following us asking what we looking for. Since we really don't know, we said we are just walking around. At one point, i was interested to buy a dining set which looked good but seeing that i wasnt even given a chance to have a conversation with my wife on this, i didnt get it. This salesperson even told us to walk around outside instead since its free. Extremely disapointed by this considering just a year ago i was there and bought a nice bed set from them (from a different salesperson). Definitely am never going back there due to this salesperson. If you are reading this, the reason sales on that day was zero is probably because of you.

I was just at the shop after an appointment with the mall. I had wanted to find 1-2 pieces of furniture for my home. This elderly looking man followed me as i was looking around. Since i knew what I wanted and was looking for specific items, i just looked around on my own. However, nothing caught my eye. On my way out, i turned to the man to thank him. To my shock, he shouted, "ζ²’ζœ‰δΊ‹δΈθ¦εˆ°θ™•δΊ‚θ·‘οΌ(if you have nothing better to do don't wander around!)" I struggle to reconcile the necessity for that comment.

not a very pleasant experience.. we bought L-shape leather recliner sofa and after 1.5 month the leather at lower part of recliner stated to come off from the stitches (see picture). I think the quality/workmanship is questionable so its definitely a warranty. Called them to ask to fix it, however (sadly) they said their factory in JB caught fire (not sure how true even with pics, can get any pics in the net). Didnt tell us when can they fix or assurance when (we are at their mercy).. I'm still hoping they can fix it, then I may give a good review to them.. Now just waiting game or they just forget this...

Called before going there to ask if they have PU leather sofas, the staff who answered said yes. At the store another staff said no PU leather sofas, why do you want PU leather? Waste of time to call them beforehand. Edited with additional lines below in reply: The staff said no PU leather, if we want PU leather go next door. So we did go next door to another furniture shop where we bought a PU leather sofa. I was a previous customer of this place, had bought a PU leather sofa from Green Furnishing several years ago. Wanted to be a repeat customer but your current sales staff are just so good at not keeping repeat customers. Good luck.

I went to the furnishing shop on 1pm, 18 December, hoping to look around, with intentions to buy if something suitable came along. However a sales woman of shoulder length hair asked immediately upon me stepping into the shop if I was looking for anything specific. My reply to her was, I was just looking around. Her response to me was, please check yourself in via safe entry and "come in only if you are buying". I guess such responses are akin to what the others below me have experienced. I hope the owner can easily identify which sales woman i am referring to with the referenced time above. She is the only sales woman in the shop. I hope the owner doesn't just pay lip service by asking for more information via FBM. But instead, do respond what actions have been taken on your organization's end.

I would like to compliment the exceptional service quality provided by Susan of The Green Furnishing at The Furniture Mall outlet. My wife and I were looking for a dining table set and Susan has been very helpful in providing us very sound advice on the pointers that we ought to consider in choosing furniture, which were critical especially for first time home owners like ourselves. Her pleasant and casual disposition put us at ease, there was absolutely no hard-selling, and she was able to come up with the most economical and yet most optimal outcome for both parties. We ended up purchasing 2 additional chairs which we had not planned on purchasing initially, simply because we felt that Susan represented the company brand very well. Susan is a delight to interact with, and is definitely a valuable asset to the company. We appreciate the service provided, and look forward to receiving the physical items.
