basically went there to purchase a small item (less than $10). i am new to the fraser app thingy so i didnt know need min purchase of $10.
when i approached him cos i thought can claim the points, he rudely replied "it's not even $10" with an attitude and black face haha.
i dont know man, been a frequent at this outlet ever since it was at cwp, but my first time dealing w such a rude staff and had an unpleasant experience.
