Beware of this company. Terrible experience! I have invoice and picture records before I start. I send in a bag for touch up and my bag was lost and took more than 2 years before I heard from them. BUT it came back still in bad shape. Was initially told to pay directly to “person” cleaning the bag, as they outsource. Furthermore, the gave their word it could be touched up, so I paid & sent the bag in. That was Sept 2016. Despite all the visit to find out status of my bag, the shop staff were clueless and defensive. Whether they had feedback to their main office, I don’t know. But NOBODY come back to me even though my number was clearly on the invoice. Their communication was so poor. The bag was supposed to be returned to the outlet for collection, but it was never there on 2 occasions. After 2 wasted trips, I finally got the bag in Nov 2018. But I couldn’t believe that it came back looking like nothing was done. I was not looking for a miracle or new bag. But it truly came back looking worse. Why give their word and collected payment when they can’t deliver?! Despite all that mistakes & wasting my time they never once apologised. All I was told was they would investigate but never came back by the promised deadline, which was typical of them. I asked for a refund, and have yet to collect the bag as I refused to sign off the collection of the item in this state. So the bag is still with them. I’m wondering if it’ll take another 2 years.... Please beware, this may be Singapore, but I’m appalled that there is such a company operating like that.
