Very disappointed! Decided to try this out after reading all the good reviews. Avocado tasted like cough syrup (yuck!) and there was no taste of avocado. Tiramisu was extremely sweet, I could no longer continue eating after two bites. I'm an avid ice cream eater and would very much recommend Udders or Ben & Jerry's instead.

Love it. We always stock up with their fab ice cream when at Cold Storage. Our fav flavours include vegan chocolate, onde onde, and açai berry sorbet. Their ice cream sandwiches are a real treat too! Perfect for parties.

Biggest fan of the brand since day 1. Started out with their ice cream cookie sandwiches and there was no turning back. It’s now my forever go-tos for anything! Cannot stop recommending them enough to anyone. If I could I’ll have one everyday, I would ❤️

Hands down my favourite home-grown ice cream brand! I first fell in love with The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. after ordering their Ferrero Chocolate Hazelnut ice cream cake for a birthday party many years ago. It was an instant crowd-pleaser, as everyone raved about how beautiful and yummy the cake was, and how perfect it was to have a cooling ice cream cake in hot Singapore weather. Over the years, my family and I have also enjoyed trying all their fun and creative ice cream pint flavours (personal favourites are Matcha Mochi and Bubble Milk Tea)! Whenever my friends are feeling down I’d surprise them with a couple of pints of ice cream in their favourite flavours, and it never fails to brighten their day as well. We are all loyal fans of the brand now! It’s really awesome to be able to get delicious, fresh-tasting ice cream made with premium, wholesome ingredients (the kind you would typically only find in farmers’ markets) right from the supermarket, and I like how the brand always seems to be coming up with new limited edition flavours and even a kids range! Highly recommend :)

Good quality ice cream. The Top 3 flavours that I liked the most and would repurchase regularly were: Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Gelato, Earl Grey. The milk tea with pearls was also good, with a fragrant and deep tea flavour. I'd probably buy their ice cream next time instead of Haagen Daz. Always happy to support a local business as running a business ain't easy. :) I also tried other flavours (Chendol, Tiramisu, Matcha Mochi, Vanilla Bean). While those were good just to try once, I'd not buy them again. The Chendol is worth trying but was too sweet for me. Tiramisu flavour was on point with real sponge fingers inside....but I didn't appreciate it much. Matcha was not the kind of gourmet ice cream that I'd prefer to buy from the offline stores, but that's to be expected.

Ordered myself the smoores ice cream cake for my birthday. And I have to say I am very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and timely. It even came with a specialised ice cream & cookies cooler bag. The ice cream cake itself was well made and tasted great. Definitely going to try and recommend their other flavours for upcoming birthdays!

Paid $24+ for 2 tubs of ice cream. Tropical coconut and dark chocolate. Was expecting something deep and flavourful. Never expected them to taste just like frozen sugar water. Am not being mean spirited at all, but would like to sincerely ask the ice cream creators to reconsider their choice of profession, or perhaps gather more feedback next time before putting their products out on the market at such a price point. This is not a brand of ice cream I would try again in future..

Apparently ice cream can taste bad guys. Pistachio flavour was so bitter and yuck. Chocolate hazelnut more acceptable but still total waste of $8,50 for 2
