★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly installed security camera is a joke. My car was hit while parked and according to the police after reviewing at the carpark video footage they can't produce any substantive results and therefore cannot determine the party at fault even though there is a camera pointing directly where i parked and there are multiple cameras surrounding the car park. I cant have access to the video footage as management quote PDPC and they wont even tell you where their physical office is located.
What's the point in installing poor quality security cameras? Don't feel safe at all.
