I absolutely love the bridal bouquet and floral arch that JX and the team did for me on my solemnisation day ? I only told her the main flower I wanted and my brief idea of how I want the bouquet to be like, and the day when I receive the bouquet from her i was super delighted! I love my bridal bouquet so much! Also for the floral arch, she was able to work within my budget and with the team, they built a very pretty arch for my special day, even my guests mentioned the arch is very pretty! Tbh, this is my 2nd time ordering my bouquet from them, and they have never failed to deliver what they have promised ❤️ They are also super accommodating and will do their best to work within budget yet producing a super pretty bouquets etc. To all brides or guys planning to propose to the love of your life, I would highly recommend you to engage The Language of Love Flower Trading!! They are really professional in their service and offers reasonable pricing. Ofc, they are very friendly ppl too! This is a humble no frills florist shop that my parents and I have patronaged for at least the past 10 years for all sorts of flower bouquets and hampers purchase. From their physical shop to online shop, the service provision is consistent and never fail. Efficient with flower bouquet services. Dolly and male boss are friendly committed folks who seeks to understand your purpose of purchase before recommending suitable items. Price is economically friendly and able to customise to your preferences as well if you are clear in your final product outcme. They are able to accommodate last minute orders to the best of their ability. Will definitely recommend!

We were very disappointed with the flowers we ordered from The Language of Love Flower florist for my wedding on 6 Feb 2022. We had purchased my wedding bouquets, grooms men’s boutonniere, bridesmaid’s bouquets, wrist corsages, and car deco for a total of $550. We did not survey around and had engaged them for all the flowers needed for my wedding. However, on 6 Feb 2022, hours before my wedding, we were devasted when the flowers we had received. As the groom, I had received the same boutonniere as my groomsmen and family. Rejected it immediately and said this was not what they had agreed upon (luckily, it was indicated in the receipt). The staff then went back to deliver another one for me. The flowers used for the wedding car were really cheap quality. But that wasn’t the worst part. The Bride’s hand bouquet was the same size as all the bridesmaid’s bouquets that we had ordered. I have attached a picture of it to show its size. When we contacted them, they said that it was we had apparently discussed, and they didn’t have anymore dried flowers to add to it, but had only white roses; and we had to bear the additional transport cost and for the white roses. We chose dried flowers, so it wouldn’t even have cost as much as the fresh ones, sighs. We didn’t take a picture of what had been shown to us and we didn’t detail it in the receipt. So it was their words against ours. It was hours before the wedding, and we had no choice but to make do with what we had. When we met, they were friendly folks, and personally, we have nothing against them. But as weddings are milestones that only come once in a lifetime, they should not commit to jobs that they are clearly not capable of. We were very disappointed with their service but there is nothing we or they can do at this juncture to reverse the stress and damage that we had to face.

Flowers were beautiful and affordable (Hard to find nice blue ones). Appreciate that they gave a balloon too. So excited to give this to my friend!!

From start to end, the team behind The Language of Love established a professional and reliable relationship with my partner and I when we approached them to do our flower arrangements for our wedding. Jing Xun, in particular, was very personable and catered to our needs, kept within our budget and vision, of which the latter exceeded beyond our expectations. She was very open to collaboration, which made the process very easy, fun and enjoyable. Needless to say, communication was seamless. She went out of the way to send me live updates while preparing our floral arrangements the day before our big day. It assured me as a client and a bride that everything was well taken care of. The Language of Love was punctual and paid close attention to every detail during the wedding set up. We were so impressed with how everything turned out, even my guests were curious to know where we got our bridal floral arrangements from. Thank you to the entire team in Language of Love. Rating a 10/10 in your services and delivery of the entire process. Would definitely recommend soon-to-be brides to Language of Love!

Engaged them as my florist for my wedding solemisation table backdrop and chairs, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid wrist corsages, groom and parents boutonnieres! They checked my preferences for flowers and colour/theme, and double confirm again when the date is nearing. The arrangements and setup is perfect! I provided picture for references but left it them to design, they definitely exceeded my expectations! We were running late due to makeup delay hence couldn’t meet them at the venue to collect as discussed, but they came specially to the photoshoot location to pass us the bouquet and etc which saved us some time. Really grateful for it. Thank you so much!
