2. Useless elevated car park that doesn't work.
3. Toxic neighbors. Bad vibes. Inconsiderate dog owners.
4. Next to Hotel 81 where you can regularly see people going in and have some fun.
The list goes on. You are better off looking at elsewhere. Anyone who compliments this place is most likely trying to sell it.
