★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice condo with architecture reminding you of MBS. The pool is also on top. Gym is not very big and has almost no equipment. It can get loud due to traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like the earlier mini version of Marina Bay Sands or MBS. It has the similar boat like roof. This is a 999 year lease condo development along Upper Bukit Timah Road. The only downside is that it is a rather small condo development and the units facing Upper Bukit Timah Road must be experiencing a lot of dust and noise pollution from that busy road. The car park is also tight and narrow. Drivers of bigger vehicles should be cautious of the tight angles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an apartment building more than a condo. Facilities are so so, pool is small, Its a cool looking project but being this long and narrow its showing that this was a project that wasn't super creative with its space usage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to integrated transport hub with shopping malls next to it. 5 ⭐ for locations. For units facing main road, some traffic noises for those who not use to it. Overall a nice place with 999 yrs lease. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facilities are good. Convenience is number 1. Just make sure you do NOT get one facing the road, the heat, lack of privacy and noise is too much. YES you can switch on the AC/use curtains/use blinds/close all windows but then you may as well build a wall instead of having windows right? Windows are for you to open to enjoy fresh air but no fresh air with the busy roads. Also AC switched on all the time is too expensive. Still it is a good place to rent or buy as it is cheap and near lrt/bus interchange/mall. When you get it at a cheaper price, you can use the savings to switch on the AC all the time. 2 and half stars.
