I have attended Rum-tasting Session organised by Liquor Bar and it was very refreshing and entertaining! Beside that, Liquor Bar has great range of collectable liquors which are worth investing.. would be back for more!

Horrible service. Their bar equipment are listed on the website however, they say that they only sell those as an added service to customers that buy their liquor. In addition, they don't seem to remember their regular customers. I went down to the store just to be told that the bar equipment can only be ordered online as they don't carry the stock in the store, however, when I try to order, online, they insist that it was only as a added service to customers that purchase the liquor, and the equipment cannot be ordered individually.

Great shop with both mainstream and niche brands across liquor categories. Rajesh is extremely helpful and friendly. Will be back!

Frustratingly perplexing attitude towards customers. I had to jump through multiple hoops just to purchase bar equipment and was given a half-hearted reason that people who drop-in to purchase bar equipment have been "bad experiences". I made the time to visit the store in person but was turned away and filtered to make an order via their website just for a $3 item. This was clearly a thinly veiled excuse to upsell as I later found that the online cart needs to be at least $100 before checkout is permitted. The establishment intentionally turned me away physically, and insisted that I checkout via the site whilst fully aware of the value of my intended purchase, and that the transaction would never go through. There is no good excuse for this. Allegedly, the privilege of making a purchase for bar equipment is considered "an additional service". So potential customers who set aside both time and trust to visit your shop to purchase items that you've explicitly listed for sale are "bad experiences". And accepting money for your goods is considered an arduous extra mile step of service for you? Granted, there was a semblance of an attempt to make amends but this was only after I disclosed that my organization has been making significant bulk purchases at regular intervals. This appalling experience would have easily been a 0 star review were it possible to do so, and I still think I'm being generous.

Delivery is quite on time but unfortunately I had a bad experience in December I was sold high-end tequila (Casa Nobel) in which the cork disintegrated when opening the bottle - clearly there are issues with their products. I sent the contact (Rajesh) an email with images of the issue where the cork literally had to be scraped out with a knife. After that he promised to replace but I needed to follow up many times and finally called to resolve the issue and was told there is no problem with the tequila. Not standing behind your product is not a company I like to do business with so will take my future business elsewhere for the majority of my purchases. If you take a risk and buy from them I hope the product they sell you is not compromised as they have a ‘no return policy’.
