★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice in a roll given defected goods to buyer. He would slip in damaged goods to unsuspecting customer. When feedback to him, he said he can’t control giving a regular buyer dented goods. His company policy was that customer should accept dented goods with full price paid. He even mocked buyer for requesting undamaged goods. The most shocking was he kept a good box copy of the figure for himself, which he had. If this seller never accept your Carousell offer, you need to be careful, as he is having something up his sleeves (e.g giving you a damage box figure), to avoid a bad feedback from buyer. Seller also has a habit of revising his listing price. Do keep a close tab on the agreed pricing if you wish to try him. Seller also agreed to deal and went quiet with deposit paid. Worst seller in market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dunno if i am a new customer to be threated this way, it was my first time buying a $600 figurine. i simply asked if i could check the item in shop before i go. he shouted at me we dont deal with resellers like you, if you want to resell the item go away. what a bad experience.
