★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a condo on Meyers road and is very average. I've been to better condos and this one isn't one of them. Accessibility isn't great and only buses go there. Nearest mrt would be raffles or eunos depending on which bus you take and what direction you want to go. Bus stops are also quite a walk from the condo. Basic amenities like groceries would also be far and can't think of buying fresh. Went there for a BBQ and the pits aren't that great. The houses are also quite crapmed up. All in all not worth a condo in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A popular residential apartment on Meyer road. Sea view from the top floors. Has a public garden opposite to it. Underpass connects to East coast. Has a small shop, laundry, pizza bakery & also a dispensary with a doctor in attendance in the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older condo but with that comes lots of space between buildings. Common areas a bit old and tired. Plenty if kids facilities. Higher floors have wonderful views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big condominium in Meyer Rd. Though but old but it’s very popular and has plenty of amenities that keeps the residents here occupied. Many would say they don’t want to go elsewhere because of the convenience and location of this place. The view is awesome overlooking the East Coast Park and the sea front. Can be super windy and cold at times. Seems like a very nice place for family living.
