- not recommended to visit here - It was the new year and the place was overloaded. Seemed like they tried to bite more than they can chew. Time checked seated and ordered at 3.30 - 3.40pm. -experience and environment This place don't seemed to border much about the quality and cleanliness of their food. It was observed that the desserts were placed in the open, near the trash area and right at the footsteps of the staircase where patrons and staff went up and down. Quite disgusting I would say. And also the management don't seemed to be bothered much about the SMM rules. Allowing customers to intermingle with each other and with masks off. There's one huge family occupying literally 3 locations, who seemed to be having a blast of a party with kids running around and them going from tables to tables talking as if they owned the place. They all CAN'T be from the same household. Must be a heck of a castle if they were. This is a serious offence from both the restaurant and the customers. Athorities should be alerted as there were cctvs all around. Be responsible. It's not just about profits and earnings. Staff on the floor seemed overwhelmed. They can be seen as hardworking though but, abit too compensating. When 1 staff was carrying a heavy item from 1 place to another, but was stopped by a table asking for water refill, staff actually returned back to the original place and left that work behind to serve the table. She should have completed her work first. It can be a danger in a workplace to do that. On level during payment, another staff was carrying a tray full of things and glasses. That's dangerous to do that across the restaurant where people were dining. In the end, at the foot of the staircase, indeed, the staff dropped the tray over. Bad management and risky to both the customers and the staff. -food 2 starters were ordered (truffle fries, Malayan wings) but it was served really late, more than half hour. To compensate that, a complimentary salmon yaki was sent to the table together with the wings, but not the fries. It was however, already cold. God knows how long it was cooked before. Other tables were observed to given one too. All other main meals were super late too. Like an hour late. 2 mains came, sambal goreng pengantin linguine and wagyu burger. The first tasted not bad if u like sambal goreng pengantin, it's literally that taste over the linguine. The latter tasted good too. But I personally felt the meat was dry. 2 more mains came even later, chicken cordon Bleu and ribeye masak merah. Even though the menu says that the chicken is stuffed with turkey bacon, it was basically just lying on top of the chicken. It tasted good nonetheless. I remembered that the ribeye was good too. All the mains except the pasta came with 2 sides. And the burger and chicken had the truffle fries. Which is mind boggling as to why the starters order (truffle fries) only came after all mains were served. If the same truffle fries can be included as the sides, what happened to the starters order? Starters should be at the front, not the last piece. To top that off, our neighbor, who came in much later, and had ordered same mains, happened to get their orders first! Amazing system they have here. -drinks Nothing out of the ordinary. -Overall I do not recommend to visit this outlet at least, based on factors of cleanliness, management of staff and partially the food quality. And most of all, especially the SMM situation. Who knows you could get covid easily from all the lax of intermingling.

Food quality was kept and presentation was lovely as always - still 5 Star. Unfortunately service was very disappointing with the serving staff extremely distressed and did not attend to orders in time as well as being very curt when serving the dishes with one hand to customers. service was tardy and non responsive unlike the times when the wonderful and friendly owner gentleman boss was around where the atmosphere and ambience was warm and cosy with excellent hearty meals. Unsure if the serving staff was unable to cope and very stressed but it was below par for all the experiences I had had which were 5 star food and service before. Not likely to return in the near future until service was back to the early days of the business. I will still credit the tastes of food which is worth the while to enjoy local fusion tastes. still a pleasure to the palate but the entire dining experience has been appalling.

Great food, friendly staff! Mains were lemak n very yummy. The cakes were sinfully rich n decadent.

Been here twice, first at the Dunlop branch, and tonight at the Bussorah one. Their food is great! Very tasty, and generally come in hefty portions, which make the high prices a little more justifiable, I think. I had the smoked duck pasta with chilli padi in the sauce (warning, it gets quite unbearable for those who are not so inclined to spice), the Angus steak, squid, and lontong. Both times I was given a complimentary set of chicken wings as appetisers, and a slice of cake (which really is the best thing there! Get the ondeh-ondeh, a no regrets move). Also got a $20 return voucher, which was another nice move, likely due to the fact that I had spent past a certain threshold. The staff seemed cheerful as well, which is always a nice thing for a customer. Only issues I would have would be the super loud music at Bussorah which it made it almost impossible to engage in proper conversation, and the high prices which make it a place that I would not be visiting as often as I’d like.

Been here 3 times and never once failed me. Service and food is always great. Staff always are so cheery and tries to brighten your mood up. I’m always tempted to try new food but I cannot do without ordering their Smoked Duck Lemak Chili Padi Pasta. So flavorful and fusion done at its finest. Chicken wing is also to-die-for. Amazing marinade, not too sweet or salty, just sedap!

Thanks Bussorah Team! Made the wrong reservation (today) at Dunlop but they were more than happy to slot us in. We had a very good experience from the service to the food. The food was splendid and delicious and just excellent. Was given a lot of complimentary food including starter and many cakes. A strong and passionate team from the service staff to the cook. Very attentive and super friendly. Keep it up guys!

The food here is amazing. Their fusion food is one of the best I have tasted in Singapore, which is Halal certified. Their portion is good for 2 to 3 to share, but is a bit on the pricey side. Great selection of Mains and Sides. The have a unique selection of drinks and also desserts. The desserts are to die for. Great ambience and location. The desserts is a must try

We went to the one at Bussorah St on 7 May 2022 for dinner. One of the best places that serves halal fusion dishes & desserts!! Presentation was good & value for money. Staff were friendly & made you feel welcome. Service by Elvin was excellent. He's very friendly, jovial & humorous. Thank you for the great dining experience. My family totally fell in love with the food & awesome service. We hope to be back soon.
