A	Ade Soh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new cafe in BHG but some staff are not well-trained. The manager was nice to encourage customers to register as members so as to get instant rebate. When making payment, the staff just transacted on my card without first asking whether am I a member. When asked why I did not enjoy the rebate, the staff just replied that I have to remind him first. Why did he not ask in the first place as we are new members. He repeated twice to us that we 'Should' !! Disappointed with such service. What is the point of having membership and yet unable to advise the customer the usage!!
