★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most ill conceived building of all time. You park on the first floor of parking (3rd storey) and there's no lift lobby for you unless you have a unit number for both commercial and residential. Walk down.
Then....
You try to get back to the carpark but you have to be directed by security to a lift lobby which for some other inconceivable reason only services the first 2 floors. 2 lifts to service 2 floors. So again walk up.
I mean honestly who designed this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pool and location. The hawker food markets nearby are absolutely recommendable. Also couple of 7/11's and other supermarkets around. The gym however is rather minimalistic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see a 1-star review from another user and I must say that, as somebody that does not own a car, this place is great:
- well taken care of, good maintenance - clean lobby and common areas
- great views above level 15 facing south
- fast elevators; I only get annoyed that I press the button then go to throw trash and it comes too fast so I don't have time to throw my trash :)
- many place to eat around and lively street
- cool people as neighbors
- big swimming pool and nicely designed
It always breaks down to being biased so if you plan moving here be careful what you expect so won't get disappointed.
We pay a great price for rent, both me and my roommate are extremely satisfied with our choice. MRT is around 15' walking away and buses are just downstairs - well connected to downtown.
