Chance upon this place through a pop up ad as I was browsing the web. I decided to give it a try as the word ' muscle remedy ' was a very interesting statement. I have issues with my lower back, shoulders and spine area and I was looking for a remedy to it, so why not try a different form of treatment. From the very moment I had my trial treatment, I was sold by the sincerity, honesty, detailed descriptions of my injury and most importantly the remedy offered for my muscles was really spot on. A few sessions later, not only did I recovered from the discomforts, but I managed to indulge in my runnings while clocking longer mileage without major aches or pains ( apart from the usual sores after sports activities). Salman is a straight forward guy and he will recommend the number of treatment sessions based on your injury, age and your goals after that. No hardselling and no pressures at all ( apart from when he's working on the muscles etc). Give it a try and book your slots fast if you're keen. Visited The Muscle Remedy for pains and aches from long-hour desk bound jobs and frequent workouts. During the first session, Salman does a detailed assessment of the condition of your body and plans out the subsequent sessions to relief these problem areas. He is very knowledgeable and reassuring. I definitely felt relief in my pain areas after each session. This is my first ever sports therapy experience and I will definitely be sticking around! Highly recommended!

Been recommended by my friend on the fusion massage by Muscle Remedy, in order to overcome my backpain issue - over 10 years which the issue kept coming back every 1 or 2 years. Do the 1st trial and ended up signing up for the package. Up to 2nd session (3rd if including the trial session), my backpain are gone and now i can do my activity as normal. Decided to do my trial at The Muscle Remedy after hearing fantastic reviews from my friends and I left the place with a new body. Salman asked me questions to fully understand what were my problem areas and he did what was necessary. Apart from his knowledge, he made sure that I was comfortable with his clinic and himself. Signed up a package with him immediately after my trial because I trust that Salman will be able to provide me with the right treatment and solutions to treat my body. First, I was having a weakness in my left arms & legs and brother Salman makes it better. I have my weak grip in my left hands before but since I have a therapy with brother Salman it gets improved. 1st to 3rd therapy is to fixed my left arms & legs but unfortunately I got an accident and get stung by the stone fish in an island in Singapore right before my 4th session with him. I was off for a month due to my swollen feet. I booked my 4th appointment to get my left body fixed but I was surprised that he help me reduce the swollen of my right foot that gets stung by the stone fish by using his dry needling skills. He is really a good professional and he knows what he is doing. I am truly blessed that I met him through my friend. He is one of a kind ???

Was having lower back pain and piriformis syndrome . Ever since I started going for treatment with Salman it got significantly better , no more pain and my movement is no longer restricted . 1st few sessions he worked on my legs which greatly improved my lower back and I wasn’t feeling as pain and stiff , he gave me some simple stretches and gave great advice on how to loosen my lower back . Very knowledgeable in how the body works , and can easily pinpoint the issues that are causing your body pain . Every session is like a new experience, I started to get better just after 2-3 sessions . Highly recommended as he is very professional and knows how to treat your injuries with the right solutions , and gives great advice.
