Pleasant experience and service when I visited the shop at Chai Chee, was assisted by Felicia and Parry who shared the features of the piano before I decided which model to get. Delivery and setup was also prompt. Subsequently, I attended the trial class by Teacher Parry who is encouraging and willing to share some good tips so itโs easier for me to pick up pop piano.
Happy with my purchase.

The store staff (sorry, donโt remember their names) were sooo well-versed about the instruments and helped us avail a special discount on Shoppe. We had a very pleasant experience overall. โ โ โ โ โ It was a really pleasant shopping experience, the staffs are super nice and patient. I went to the showroom in Tai Seng first and Khai Heng was really professional , I bought the Casio CT-S1 in the end .After that I went to the warehouse to collect my keyboard, Felicia is really nice ! She was so patient and also gave me tips for how to start for keyboard as a beginner, she also helped me carry my keyboard to the carpark. The services are really amazing!
