The designs printed on the mugs were coated with an outer layer that prevented the chipping of paint. Moreover, the logos printed on all the items were very clear. The polo T-shirts were very comfortable to wear, and the hoodies were thick and cozy. As long as we washed the clothing inside out, the logos remained intact as well. The prices were quite reasonable too! Thank you for your excellent service, the Noteway!

I spoke to Fathin who was patient and understanding with my many requests, as well as very responsive. It took me less than a day to sort out my order and I managed to make some last minute changes without too much fuss. Thanks Fathin! As for the tees themselves, the printing and the material and the cutting seems of good quality. Their online instant price quote system is also well-designed - it's easy to use and relatively clutter-free. I had difficulty finding other sites with this same standard of online service. Keep up the good work!

The quality of the shirts were decent, prices were reasonable and the staff member Luke was really helpful and prompt throughout the entire production process. Everything proceeded smoothly without a hitch. Based on feedback gathered from camp participants, they were really satisfied with the shirts and singlets too!

Their responses were very prompt and Luke was helpful, especially with the discount. I had gotten a Colour Silk Screen Printing on the front as a logo and Colour Heat Transfer Printing + Customised Name for the shirts and they were delivered fast as well. The only issue that we had was that the size we had gotten was too big and wished that the sizing charts on their website were more accessible as you have to do quite abit of searching before finding it. We are also hoping that the design + material on the back will last for long and will not come off after 5+ years (from prior experience of having class t-shirts that used a similar material). Overall a good experience but do spend time on the site to find all the information you need regarding pricing and sizes to get the best deal :)
