★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular customer but not going to be anymore. They’re getting very slow. I sent in two urgent poster jobs three days ago, emailed three times and called twice, told the customer service over the phone we need it urgently but until now they haven’t come back with a quotation for payment, not even to mention the actual printing. If you have something urgent and hope to get it printed within a week, this is not the place to go.

Cheap and fast printing service. Printed A1 posters before. Quality is value for money. You can pay online via PayPal and collect within three working days to a week depending on the volume of printing. They also print name cards and foamboard posters

They are very fast & efficient, also waited for me to collect. Helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying a banner and I had to email many companies and The One Inkjet was the most affordable. Most companies quoted me 3-4 times the price that One Inkjet did. Some companies quoted me at a higher price and asked for more working days as well however, One Inkjet only took one day. I got back to them and printed my banner and I was so satisfied with it. The quality was good and the printing wasn't blur at all as well. I am so impressed at their work. Definitely value for money and not out here to cheat anyone. Will not hesitate to come back to print future items with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I printed label stickers but they did not explain how things work. Wasted my sat morning going down to collect stickers that was totally wrong. They refused to reprint or refund money and just expect me to pay money for a new order. Sent email for a call back but they refused to call and only replied via email. Tried calling and calling, noone wanted to take any ownership and keep saying they are looking into the matter. Very bad service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They printed the wrong size, made me return a 2nd time to collect it and it was not even ready for collection. Fortunately it was not an urgent printing. However, the trip and parking cost me more than their services. For those who wishes to engage them for urgent printing may do it at your own risk. I shall not waste anymore time than I already have writing this review.

Firstly nobody acknowledges you when you stand there waiting to collect. No good morning nothing.
Guy was rude in his tone when asking me questions. Unfortunate because never had an issue before. Service was good then. Not returning.
Ruined my morning...
