She took one look at my body in our first consultation and put a name to the origin of the pain I have endured for years -- joint hypermobility syndrome. She is sensitive and holistic in her treatment, and helps me build an awareness of my body. She understands when certain bodily ills are attributable to other causes. If not for her recommendations, I would not have met my nutritionist, pilates instructor, etc -- all of whom have significantly elevated my quality of life. I walk out of our sessions not just immediately relieved, but also stronger and a little more enriched each time. For that reason, everybody I care about goes to Iqra. I would continue to recommend her for years to come.

Was fantastic. Then post birth upon recommendation I saw Dr Paul Bell for my newborn, he immediately calmer my baby and helped with gut issues. Highly recommend

He is very experienced in treating the condition, identified the causes and triggers of my pain, and taught me some home remedies to relieve the pain. He also used an ultrasound machine to treat the pain and I felt much better after the treatment. Would highly recommend Greg!

I was recently transiting through Singapore for a few days from Australia on our way to Thailand. 24 hours before leaving home I started to develop lower back pain. which quickly manifested into severe sciatic pain all the way down to my calf. My friend in Singapore managed to get me an appointment to see Iqra at short notice. By the time I arrived at the clinic I could hardly walk and was suffering bouts of unbearable pain. By the time I walked out, I was almost pain & symptom free. I am now in Thailand and enjoying my holiday immensely, with pretty much no pain or discomfort at all – certainly nothing to limit me from doing anything that I want to do. I cannot sufficiently express how grateful I am to Iqra - she asked questions and listened well and was able to diagnose my problem and fix it in one session. Incredible!!!

It's not an understatement to say that after treatment (and dietary changes), I have a much happier and more comfortable baby. My baby is much easier to settle, sleeps better, is able to lie and sleep horizontally, and most recently she is finally able to even rest her head on my shoulder when I hold her. Previously, all of these things weren't possible because she was so uncomfortable and tense and was super fussy because of her reflux. She's even starting to eat more! When she was first diagnosed with Silent Reflux, her Paeds Doctors basically told me there wasn't much I could do outside of keeping her upright and giving her PPIs, and that we'd have to tough it out until she was six months or more. But after a month of working with Dr. Paul and being on my diet, she's a changed baby and is so much happier and joyful. We are so grateful to Dr. Paul, who really has a way with babies, for helping us have a healthier and happier baby.

What was most impressive is how she kept checking in with me throughout the treatment to see how it was feeling, and then adapted her treatment as she went. This resulted in fantastic results. I am on my way for a follow up session though not sure I need it as she really fixed my painful shoulder!
