★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Platform is a quiet scenic spot in Bedok Reservoir Park. It is a floating structure on the reservoir itself. You can make a short detour here instead of continuing on the main path.
Here, there's multiple benches to sit and be as close to the reservoir as possible, and relax in the sea breeze. It's common to see couples strolling and some people exercising here. At night, you can see groups, either teenage gangs or dance groups hanging out here to carry out their activities. Aboard the Platform you can feel the gentle sway of the water, and you can feel the light breeze, especially at night as it carries the cooling water vapour with it. Definitely worth a visit the next time you're in Bedok Reservoir Park.
