Not unfriendly though but lack the finesse of engaging with customers. I got the muffin of the day to go, it was supposedly white chocolate with cranberries but there was no white chocolate taste at all. Thankfully, there was a generous amount of cranberries! The muffin itself was rather dry but for the huge size, it was super value for money! Would love to try their other bakes :)
P	Patrick Yap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had wanted to try out this cafe for a while. I ordered their gourmet Beef Cheese Burger while my wife ordered the Club Sandwich. I have a choice on the “doneness” of my burger patty. The burger was juicy, served with fries and came with a slice of pickle. The club sandwich is also delicious. We also ordered “piccolo” latte and English Breakfast Black. Overall, the environment is open, could be noisy (depends on who are sitting at the next table). My comment is that the staff could be trained better as they served my tea without any sugar cubes and when I asked for them, he repeated my request again as if he does not understand my request. They also mistook my Black Tea order as Coffee Black. Otherwise, it’s a good place to rest your feet before you continue your shopping. $$$.
k	kushal kale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Apple crumble here was amazing. It is open place in the mall. So it noisy most of time. People passing by most of time. If you are looking for quite place this is not the one. Food is good. They have different dishes to try.
J	Jordan Liang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but it was a week night, so ymmv when it's busy. pale ale was on point, burger ? done the way I like it and was a good portion. proper chips were indeed proper! the crab linguine was great too, generous ok the crab and pasta and not too oily. kudos to the chef! my only issue was the pricing of the food but there was little else to fault the place this time. definitely worth a visit but only repeat visits for the well-heeled.

Yogurt was a spoonful amount but dish came with milk on the side that you can pour. Can feel the dishes were well made and beautifully presented nevertheless I thought it on the pricey side. Total order for chai, muesli yogurt and water cost me 27!! The service is charged as line item before tax, so you are paying tax over service charge as well. Ambiance is nice, but it’s still inside closed windowless area with lots of shelf for you to buy their other retail items as decoration. I asked for bill and staff probably forgot so I just went up to counter to pay myself. There were only 3 tables at the time so it’s not because too busy serving others. So for a breakfast bill of 27, I think it’s a lapse in service.
M	Ming Jiann Pang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience, ordered English breakfast. Food was nice and portion was good too. Beverage wise, recommending slow press pineapple + blueberry juice. Very refreshing. Oh yeah, coffee was nice too. Have to queue a little during peak hour.
