★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place for all your pool needs ! Got my first cue here years back and got another one yesterday for a mate . Service still as stellar as always. Don't understand some of the other reviews here that say they don't entertain novices and newbies. So untrue . I'm an amateur player and they have been nothing but nice and helpful and non-judgemental. If you're ever looking to up your game or take it to the next level , drop by their store and upgrade yourself. I'm gonna come back soon enough. Thanks alot for the awesome service Greg and Kelvin !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from the staff. Very rude and has an attitude problem when it comes to serving customers. Judges customers off of their appearance. Definitely suggest everyone to visit other shops that are willing to serve you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cue I bought there. Not so patient if u ask too many questions. And the cue inside the display case are not allowed to try on the table even a touch, unless u decide to take it. Overall this is a nice place if u really want to get yourself a nice cue.

Extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and enquiries, even continued answering me after working hours. Just received my brand new cue today in perfect condition, 11/10, would definitely deal with them again.
