★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudely reprimanded by a lady from the next building from taking pictures up the stairs. Says it is residential. Even if if is supposed to be a retail-residence complex, the tenants of the red house are a bakery and a gallery which are open to the public. Please at least be polite or put a sign if photos not allowed - it is not obvious that it is supposed to be a residence. Are conserved buildings not for us to enjoy and appreciate, at the least in pictures as they will one day be gone?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for breakfast with mum. Had the ricotta toast and smashed avo toast. Sourdough was great, nice playlist too. Wasn’t busy as we came close to opening. Def a nice spot for brekkie or brunch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly found there are Residential unit above this red shop house for sale. Great location for foodie. The apartments even come with pool and gym, however is a 99 years lease properties. The good thing is unit are very squarish no balcony, good size too! Can fetch a very decent rental here too.
