★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Gave them business by purchasing 2 of their aroma diffuser. House had an old aroma diffuser which was purchased from them 1 year ago which would not give out scent. One staff said he would look at it, but in the end after passing it to him, he opened the diffuser, broke the components inside and said that it cannot be repaired and a new one needed to be bought. I strongly recommend going somewhere else to buy for better customer service and quality
