★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faulty card access system may leave you stranded outside of your home at any time. The Sound Condo uses an antiquated card access system. It costs $50 to get an access card, takes 5 weeks to get it, and it may fail at any time.
When (not if) it fails, you get a number to a company that you can call (from outside the apartment because you're still stranded).
In early January, someone stole a pair of shoes from outside my door. They must have taken the stairs to get to the fourth floor because the lift is usually broken.
