Bought the hazelnut banana cake as it's supposed to be well known... What a disappointment. Mouthfeel Texture is rough and not moist. Marks spencer banana cake tasted even better.

Gorgeous cakes. Their specialty has to be our favorite which we would get in either a conventional round shape or a log during the festive season: Royal hazelnut crunch chocolate cake.

Good service and great 1 for 1 offer from 5pm to 9pm daily (selected wine). They gave us free chicken wings too. Service was good. Recommended my friends to chill here next time. The royal hazelnut cake here is amazing. I’ve ordered it multiple times for various gatherings and it’s always a hit amongst everyone! The nice crispy base adds great texture to the cake and everyone always wants a second serving ? I recently placed an order for my sister’s birthday but then we had to cancel the celebration as another family member came down with covid. I called the shop to ask if I could postpone it by a week and they were very helpful and allowed me to do so; definitely appreciated this gesture since I know most places might not be as flexible!

We paid S$45 for the Sakura Afternoon Set for one pax after DBS card discount. The set was pleasing in term of aesthetic and taste. Choice of one tea or one coffee. We could choose unlimited types and cups of coffee. As for tea, it was only one choice. I could refill hot water. The tea was served in the perfect temperature. The ambience was classy and nice, especially their beautiful chandeliers. A waiter spilt the welcome drink on my back. The assistant manager, Shane, came over quickly to assist in the matter. An apology was conveyed quickly and with much sincerity. After that, Shane came around to check on this ur table a few times, paying extra attention to us. To further convey, Shane packed and gifted me with a Hazelnut Banana on a good will gesture. Before leaving, Shane shared that they have a ladies' promo in The Terrace on Tue. I feel that Shane has been observant that we dined as a group of female friends. Conrad is blessed to have a staff like Shane who put effort to attract guests back to patronise their establishment. This is a good work attitude. We are impressed with their stellar warmth and hospitality. Shane and his team, Lidda and Ian, have done above and beyond their call of duty.
